Substance-Free Workplace : We do not tolerate prohibited drugs and substances from being possessed, consumed, or distributed at our workplaces or in the course of company duties.

Business Integrity & Anti-Corruption

Bribery and Corruption : We do not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form. Those representing us shall not, directly or indirectly, offer or receive any illegal or improper payments or comparable benefits intended or perceived to obtain undue favors for the conduct of our business. We strictly comply with all applicable anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, and anti-corruption laws.

Gifts and Hospitality : As a general rule, business gifts and hospitality given or received must be modest in value (no greater than INR 2000) and appropriate. We accept gifts or hospitality from a business associate only if it does not create an implied obligation of preferential treatment , does not influence our ability to act in the best interest of the company , and would not embarrass our company if disclosed publicly.

Prohibited Items : Gifts of cash, gold, precious metals, gems, stones, bribes, payoffs, kickbacks, or gifts in the form of services and non-cash benefits (such as promises of employment) are strictly prohibited.

Fair Competition : We do not enter into any activity constituting anti-competitive behavior, such as abuse of market dominance, collusion, participation in cartels, or inappropriate exchange of information with competitors. We collect competitive information only through legally permitted sources and means

Data Protection & Intellectual Property

IP Protection : We respect and protect all confidential information and intellectual property of our company.

Third-Party Data : We safeguard the confidentiality of all third-party intellectual property and data. We do not misuse such data and do not share it with anyone, except in accordance with applicable company policies or law.

Property Rights : We respect the property rights of others by never misusing their assets, intellectual property, or trade secrets.

Insider Trading : We do not indulge in any form of insider trading nor assist others to derive any benefit from access to price-sensitive information that is not in the public domain.
