By accessing or using https://training.hawkstack.com/ (the "Site") and our associated training services, certifications, and educational materials (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

HawkStack provides online technical training courses, certification programs, educational resources, instructor-led sessions, and skill development programs.
Eligibility : To use this Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, or have explicit authorization from a parent, guardian, educational institution, or employer. By using the Platform, you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Service Evolution : :We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services or course availability at any time without prior notice.

We respect the human rights and dignity of all our Students, Trainers, employees, clients, and Organization.
Fees : Access to paid courses, subscriptions, or certifications is subject to the fees specified at the time of purchase. HawkStack reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
Taxes : All fees are exclusive of applicable regional taxes (such as GST, CGST, SGST or IGST). You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your purchase
No Refunds : Unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by local consumer protection laws (such as statutory cooling-off periods in the EU), all payments are final and non-refundable.
Payment Disputes: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company Without first contacting our support team will result in immediate, permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated progress and certifications.

Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
All content hosted on the Platform-including but not limited to videos, text, code snippets, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, software, and certificates-is the exclusive property of HawkStack Technologies or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. Export Control and Global Sanctions Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to international trade sanctions or economic embargoes (including, but not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or Belarus), and that you are not listed on any government restricted-party lists. You agree not to access, download, or distribute any Services, technical data, or software from this Platform in violation of applicable export control laws.
Acceptable Use & Restrictions: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your personal or authorized organizational learning. You strictly agree NOT to:
Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access paid content.
Use automated systems, scripts, bots, spiders, scrapers, or data-mining tools to crawl, extract, or download any data or content from the Platform.
Use any Platform content, text, or videos to train, fine-tune, or test Large Language Models (LLMs) or artificial intelligence systems without explicit written consent from HawkStack.
Introduce malicious software, viruses, worms, or harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform.
Certifications
Certifications
Certificates issued by HawkStack indicate successful completion of our specific training requirements.
No Guarantees : Certifications do not guarantee employment, represent official government accreditation, or replace professional licensing requirements. HawkStack does not guarantee that our training will ensure passing scores on third-party vendor exams (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Microsoft).
Revocation : HawkStack reserves the right to revoke any issued certificate if it is discovered that the user engaged in cheating, plagiarism, identity fraud, proxy test-taking, or any violation of our Code of Conduct.

"As-Is" Basis : The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. HawkStack makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, compatibility with all devices/browsers, or specific learning outcomes
Limitation of Liability : To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HawkStack Technologies, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or business disruptions arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.

HawkStack Technologies maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bribery and corruption. In using this Platform or engaging in any associated business activities, you strictly agree to comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Users, partners, and subcontractors shall not offer, give, solicit, or receive any bribes, kickbacks, improper gifts, or unauthorized financial advantages to or from any third party, government official, or corporate representative.

All transactions, records, and registration data completed on the Platform must be transparent, accurate, and truthful. Any situation that creates an actual or perceived conflict of interest during the delivery or acquisition of our training services must be promptly disclosed to support@hawkstack.com.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform, without notice or liability, for behavior that violates these Terms, breaches our Code of Conduct, or harms other users or our business interests.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law : Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration in Bengaluru,India rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
